I sent out my laptop for repair on Feb 10 and it was delivered to the tech support on Feb 11.
I received an email that the expected delivery date was Feb 18.
Today is Feb 24 and I still haven't received any news... when I check the status online it says it's "in process".
I contacted HP via chat twice but the representatives had no idea about the status of my computer.
I'm frustrated as I really want to have my computer back and I can't know what's happening with it.
Is it normal that their repair sevice to be so slow?
