My brand new hp notebook pavilion is stuck on a blue screen message that says "We couldn't complete the updates. Undoing changes. Don't turn off your computer". After2 hours of this, I pulled out the battery pack pack for 30 secs. Put it back in and still have this same message that won't go away or let me work on my computer. Suggestions?
