i have just tried to reinstall factory settings on my Pavillion g6t-1A00 CTO Note Book. i fallowed all of the steps to a tee. the final step said computer would shut off and turn on a few times on its own while resetting to factory settings. It shut down once and after the windows page came back up it changed to a clear screen with a box in the upper left hand coner that says ........ Administrator:X:\windows\system32\cmd.exe, this is in a blue banner around the box....inside the box it says...Microsoft Windows [version 6.1.7600] below this it says.......X=\windows\system32> .......It freezes up at this point, all i want to do is reset it back to the factory settings.....PLEASE HELP
