I purchased a HP laptop ( Product model 238658) from Chroma Store, Baroda, India. I have been communicating with HP redemptioncell , New Delhi since 3rd November 2013 for the Norton Key for my PC , but not yet received yet. My redemption reference code is 6823259.I send messages to 53030, the cell number provided by HP for free call back , but nobody contacted in last 12 days.The redemption cell has answered me via e-mail against my e-mail that they have forwarded the key on 24th January 2014 to my registered e-mail id. But I have not received it. My PC is currently working without anti-virus protection. Requesting you to do the needful immediately.
I was not expecting such a bad response from company like HP. Thanks Anyway.
