I have a Microsoft Sculpt Bluetooth mouse (it does not have or require a USB connector) that paired with my phone and another device I tried but when I try to pair it to my Win 7 Ultrabook, it says it was successfully connected but then in Devices and Printers the Sculpt mouse is dithered out and it will not work.
I could probably figure it out if it told me it didn't work but it says it's successful and it shows that it's connected but it just doesn't work. I turned off the touch pad, thinking that maybe that was overriding the mouse but it still won't work. I contacted Microsoft but because it works with other devices, they suggested that it's an HP issue. Thanks!
