its my brand new laptop and im facing problem in my laptop,
Problems:-
1:-Touchscreen, Some areas not working
2:-Electric,Thermal Event, Hearing some time Sparking noice coming from back of my laptop.
3:-Driver updation error
4:-Recovery media ceation DIsk error
5:-Keyboard , Some surrounding area of keyboard, not fixed, flexing pob!!
6:-Simple pass not working in crome...
and im still waiting for my offer . NORTON IS LINK+2 Years extended Warranty +Hp mouse+ Hp Headset. Didnt get any response and not get Any , Norton IS Link , Warranty Extended Certificate , didnt get any AWB no.. 4 my other 2 Product...

This product is Defected, and i get defected product from Hp Company ...
I spent Rs 85K and getting a very bad experience.
Im very upset with this unit

Finally im decided , i want
DOA (COMPLETE PRODUCT REPLACEMENT)
