Replacement Computer

I sent in my computer to get fixed more than 20 days ago.   Early in this process I was told that my computer would be fixed once a needed part was recieived. Then later I was told that Hp had no idea when this part would be avalible. So they would replace my computer instead, since they were unable to fix the problem.

I've gotten to the stage where I have to accept or deny a replacment computer. I've sent in multiple emails and tried to call a few times. The Case Manager hasn't responed to any of my inquires I'm not sure if she is just busy or if it is something else.

Honeslty I was recluntent to wirte this post, as I felt that maybe I was being a little impaitent. What made me change my mind on writing this post was a thread that was posted in september of last year.  Sound Familiar     The posters experience closely resemblems mine. It also indicates what I feared, which is that it might take weeks before my computer is returned. It might just be that this is a bad example of HP Case Manager service.

One question I have is if anyone else has had better luck in a situation like my own?

I have never been an actor in a horror story, I hope this isn't my first performance.
