I have purchased HP Pavillion 15 Notebook PC Serial No. 5CD3457YZS from Vijay Sales Mumbai vide invoice no. 95-EXH12-13SDN 383 dtd. 29.12.13 for Rs. 42,990/- under HP New Year Offer. However, i am unable to register for Happy New Year Offer. Ihave tried 3 times to register on your website www.hp.com/in/happynewyear but did not get confirmation of registration after submitting all the details. Hence, I am unable to avail this offer. Your urgent help is requested. I want to avail both the offers i.e. 2 Years additional Warrantee Worth Rs. 5,999 for Rs. 999 only & Accessories and Internet Security Pack Worth Rs. 2,999/- for Rs. 999/- only.
