Where can I get help for problems related to customer service? I sent my computer to the HP Repair Center last week in a box provided by HP after troubleshooting did not resolve the keyboard problem. I got an email syaing it was received on January 9, but the web site says my order has been cancelled and I've just received another empty box from HP with instructions to ship my computer to the Repair Center. I called customer service and was told to call back in 48 hours -- they need that much time to communicate with the repair center to find out what is going on. I was told there is no other way to find out the status of my computer.
Since October 3, I have been without a functioning computer for almost 8 weeks. It is a long story -- the gist is that my first computer crashed at 10 months of age. It was under warranty, and after weeks of troubleshooting and discussions with HP personnel once it was at a repair center, I received a brand new computer from HP. The keyboard on the new computer had intermittent problems from the very first day and finally became non-functional on January 3.
Surely there is someone, somewhere, who can help me. All I want is a computer that functions as it should -- that's what I thought I was buying in December of 2012 when I ordered my first one, and what I thought I was getting in November of 2013 when the first one was replaced. If HP cannot provide this, it should refund the moeny I paid for my first computer so that I can purchase a computer from another manufacturer. Can anyone help me get this resolved?
