Hi, I currently have a case open with my HP Spectre XT ultrabook, but I am having a lot of difficulty contacting an HP representative for assistance. I am living in the UK, but my unit was bought in Canada, where a repair was made. The unit is still under the 90 day repair warranty, however HP UK refuses to acknowledge it, and HP Canada/US refuses to answer my emails, facebook messages, and tweets. I have been promised, on THREE seperate occaisions, that I would be contacted (whether it be via phone or email) within 48h OR SOONER, however I have not heard a single thing and it has been over a week.
Please let me know how to get in contact with HP in North America. This is getting absolutely ridiculous. I have been an HP customer for over a decade and never have I received such atrocious "customer service" from ANYone.
