Hallo, I need a replacement battery for my envy 17 1010 el notebook. The suggested spare is 593562 (HSTNN-UBOY). I tried a (so called) compatible battery, with frustrating results. Even if the battery is regularly charged to 100 %, when I try to pass to battery only the notebook crashes in a matter of seconds. Please give me advice on the right type to replace and where i can find original replacement batteries.
