I recently had a problem with your product (Envy 15-j049tx) ,just after two days of
purchase and I sent it to your authorized service center (Maha Electronics ,Calicut,
India) , they were nice and prepared everything for the laptop replacement(DOA) , and I
got the DOA letter(Ref Case ID[Personal Information Removed]) , but when I contacted the reseller they said
they don't have the unit so cant be replaced but can provide another model but I have to
fill in extra amount, what kind of service is this?, when I contacted Indian Customer
Support (1800112267) about this they said they cant do anything because I gave it to HP
service center rather than call them , the support was unfriendly and meaningless . This
is really bad support. HP this is real bad , people think when you buy something again from HP.
