Diwali Utsav Offer: No response

Hi Team,

I had bought a laptop under Diwali Utsav and my Claim was approved for Norton link and extended warranty care pak.

But its been 2 months I have not received anything. I have written many emails to redemptionsupport team, but there is no response from their side.

Kindly update the status and resolve the issue asap.
