I have claimed my gifts under the Hp diwali utsav which were approved on November 26th, 2013. But till now I have not received the Norton anti virus nor the extended two year warranty. I have tried to email the concerned authorities, but have got no replies in several days. I also sent an sms to hp redemption cell on 53030 as stated on the official site but they never called me back. {Content Removed}
