It's been 7 days i recieved my laptop 440g1 probook worth INR 65,000 from hp estore India and I have been constantly mailing hp estore India to let me know about return policy. But there is no reponse from them. I filed for technical support and a guy checked my laptop and said its ok and said return policy is only for 14 days.
I dont like The screen of the laptop, it is not good enough and is of low ppi and not accurate colours. I dont like the built quality of the laptop that much. I thought by not giving features like backlit keyboard, usb 3.0 ports, higher resolution webcam, touchscreen, gesture control, subwoofer; the i7 processor was installed. But the screen and built quality is also not good enough.
I am not satisfied with the product and i just want to return it. I have not used any softwares or activated windows yet.
Kindly help me with in this matter. My days are passing with no procedure and I am not using the product and is packed in the box.
