battery unknown

I bought a hp 2000 2d68NR notebook yesterday and as I'm using it i noticed that the battery status is unknown. I pluged its AC adapter and at first its saying its charging and it just stop charging and battery not detected. i tried the to uninstall the microsoft battery at device manager and still wont work. Tired to check on battery status on hp support stuff but it said its unknown. I tired different things but didnt wont. I just bought it and its acting weird already.


I want to try stuff first before returning it..
