Im having issues with my laptop, when i on facebook especially and i try to click on or load a page, may times i have to click it about 5 times before it actually reloads or i have to reboot the page then click on it again, it takes a long time to finally load the page, i also have this Otshot thing i cant seem to get rid of, i wish i could reboot or restart my laptop without loosing any of my files, restarting doesnt help. PLEASE HELP.
