I am having a HP Probook 6550b laptop. I bought it 3 yrs back. 1yr back I changed the battery also. Now when ever I start the laptop in battery mode it is very slow. When I see the task manager CPU shows 100%. I get error msg "HP Power Assistant could not be started properly. try to run the installer again.". So I am using my laptop with power plugged in though my battery is fully charged. Can you pls provide me a solution for this problem.
