Discusted is all I can say!
Having bought a HP mini 210 for my daughter a while ago, she dropped it onto a carpeted floor from around 2 foot. Alas the hard drive was broken!
To replace it would cost around £130 fom HP and an additional £32 for the boot disk. (I would have to replace it myself or pay someone else to do it, yet more cost!)
I found the hard drive online after much searching for £31, hmmmm!
The boot files via USB are only available from HP, hmmmmm!
After several phonecalls and lots of time on hold (via clueless operators) I finally gave up and purchased the USB, then I thought I would leave some feedback regarding the scandalous commercial attributes of this company.
So I searched, and searched, and searched and found there are only 6 reviews of the product on the HP website, strange I thought, then I finally managed to leave this review and I understand why.
As a quality manager I have learned so much from my experience with HP.
I'm happy to say I will never EVER buy another HP product, and I advise all my friends and family to steer clear.
