The keyboard of my HP Pavilian DM3 stopped working correctly. I can't access certain letters, get numerals in place of letters etc. I recently had Office 2013 uploaded, and I don't know if that was the cause. I tried removing the battery, holding down the start button, and doing the f10 startup process. I was able to access in the startup process, but once windows loaded, the key problem reoccurred. I tried to access the hp help website, but cannot properly enter the product number because of the problem.
