Hi, I have a situation here. I cannot log on to my local account after I activated the HP protect tools.
My PC is given by my company, a staff working account (to allow staff to access to the office network) and a staff personal account or the local account (to allow staff to install other appreciations to the PC) was set up by the administer. Once I activated the HP protect tools on my working account, I cannot log on to my personal account anymore! It keep telling "The system could not log you on. The username is required."
I did key in my username\user and password reminds empty... but it still asking for username.
How disappoint when it suddenly become such un-user friendly.
