i'm a real dummy here.my hp envy 5530 e-all-in-one printer says it's on line, ran test to find out it's on and operating fine..my hp probook 4545s (laptop) saying it's OFF LINE don't know how to get it turned back online so i can start printing again wirelessly...i did installed panda global virus/security 2014 on my laptop.i cut off the firewall and was able to print one document. tryed later to do another and not happening (PRINTER OFF LINE) !!!!!! just need to know how do i turn on the on line feature on my laptop to start using my printer again??? loosing my mind here. need help.
