My HP Mini 210-1010NR PC when plugged in to charge he battery, I noticed that it says 0% available, plugged in, not charging.
I've run the HP diagnostic on the battry, and it says it's in good condition. I took the battery out , put it back in, for 3 seconds it shows plugged in and chaarging and then it goes back to 0% available, plugged in, not charging. . I've tested to make sure the outlet is working, and the computer will work with the AC adapter plugged in and the battery out.
I also tried these steps from a proposed solution:
- Disconnect AC
- Shutdown
- Remove battery
- Connect AC
- Startup
- Under the Batteries category, right-click all of the Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Batterylistings, and select Uninstall (it’s ok if you only have 1).
- Shutdown
- Disconnect AC
- Insert battery
- Connect AC
- Startup
This did not work either.
Any assistance on this problem would be appreciated.
