Please help me, any kind soul out there.
Every time I go to a new page on my Etsy shop, a "view downloads" window pops up. Clear list does nothing. How do I keep this window from opening? the link it opens for is: http://www.etsy.com/favicon.ico I have windows 7, IE 10.
I looked under tools and the view downloads tab, but nothing helped there. Not computer literate, but I did try finding the answer on my own ~ Thanks!
