I know am am in the wrong place, but at this point it doesn't matter. I brought a HP pavillion for my son xmas 2012, so it is still under warranty. There have been problems with the graphics card / display driver and so on. I have taken it back to the poor computer techs at least five times, they have tried to repair it with thr parts sent to them by HP and yet it is back there again, for the sixth time. This is not their fault. I want HP to just replace it with a new laptop or better still refund my money so I can buy a different laptop from a different company. Grrrrrrr
