User Accounts (ASP.NET) dialog box on HP G6000, (WINDOWS 7 PROFESSIONAL)

Hello All,

Please i have issue with my laptop. HP G6000, WINDOWS 7 PROFESSIONAL

i did not create ASP.NET user account, lately whenever i attempt to access files with the security shield icon, eg, managing backing up files, uninstall a program,  managing user accounts, etc, a dialog box showing "ASP.NET" account shows up, & i am always prompted to enter an admin password.

whereas, i never create such account. i only have admin account and guest.

this is preventing me to do other important things on the system.
