I use my laptop using direct current from wall. This cable which fits into the computer keeps coming loose. It used to be that when it came loose the battery would take over and I would not lose anything. Now when this happens it just goes dead and I have to start computer again and I have lost everything.
Is this suggesting a battery problem? I ran the battery check and it shows good but 0%. What does this mean?
I really think that this cable should be able to remain connected unstead of always coming loose. I don't like this feature one bit.
