The touch mouse is OK all the time. I have installed many times Intel USB 3.0 eXTENSIBLE Host Control driver 4.0.4.51. What I can do?

EliteBook 850 G3 - TPM is not recognized by BitLocker
Hello,
I bought new EliteBook 850 G3 V1C07EA#BCM, where I did new installation of Win7 Ent 64bit.
But, I am not able to initiate TPM chip in bitlocker settings.
1. I enabled TPM in BIOS - also checked ,,state"
2. I see TPM chip inside device manager
Please, could you help me?
I tried to reenable TPM in BIOS.
I am IT guy, so I did it many times at different models without any problem.

usb-c dock just stopped working
My docking station just stopped working. It will power the computer but none of the ports operate. I saw online others have had the same problem, but I can’t find a solution. Yesterday, I unplugged the station so I could plug the computer into a new router. That worked fine, but when I plugged it back in on my desk, now I can’t use my second screen or mouse. Naturally I’ve tried turning everything off – completely off- and back on again. The laptop and dock are both just a few months old. Laptop is Elitebook 1012 X2, and the dock is usb-c, product ID T3V74AA running Windows 10 64bit.

No air printer found
I have used all the solutions found on the HP website to no avail. I cannot print from any of my apple devices, although at one time i could. Not sure but seems after I installed windows 10 the problem occured. Also, If i look at my apple devices, my printer is listed, but when i switch from my home wifi to the printer it asks for the password. I have tried every password including the one on the printer to no avail. In some of the instructions it says you cannot print from the home network but from the printer network where the password never works.
I sort of layed out all the possible problems and i have been working at this for 2 months off and on and driving me crazy because i cannot print from any of my apple devices.

Issue when opening Probook 450 G3 from sleep.
Hi,
I'm currently having an issue with the display of the Probook 450 G3. (See photo)
When I start up the ProBook, it works fine, it lets me login with no issues.
However, when I close the screen (when still logged in) the laptop goes to sleep (as normal).
When I try to wake up the Probook, via the power button, I get a faulty flickery screen as seen in the photo.

Hp probook 450 g1 windows 10 charging issues
I have a customer that ive done a fresh install of windows 10 on a new hard drive for. On windows 7, there is no issue with battery charging (new battery, new charger) but when I swap the drive and boot windows 10, the battery reports as plugged in not charging. Usually around 96%.
If the charger is unplugged, let the battery die down to 5% or so, then plug charger back in, it charges fine, goes to 100%, then after awhile it says the same thing, plugged in not charging. (which i see as normal, but pretty sure the hp power mgmt software would report it as still plugged in and charging, try explaining to a customer when they see something as what they think is a problem..)There is no hp peak power manager for windows 10, only windows 7 and 8.1. The windows 7 or 8.1 version will not install on windows 10. Tried in compatibility mode for every version of windows known to man. Anyone know if there is an HP version of power management software tuned for windows 10 floating around somewhere, maybe for a different laptop? Thank you.

HP ZBook 17 - how to locate slot for failing DIMM
When running memory diagnostic tests, I get a failure where the logs point to "Channel Num 0 DIMM Num 1" - but nothing about which of the four slots contains the failing DIMM.
Where can I find documentation that translates this Channel/DIMM numbering scheme to Slot Numbers 1-4 or physical slot locations (Primary or Expansion) mentioned in the service manual?
I've tried to keep this question brief and to the point, but I can provide more detail if necessary.

Unable to deliver Hp Envy Notebook 13-d045TU purchase online (Philippines Office)
Hi, I am from Malaysia. I purchased and paid for Hp Envy Notebook 13-d045TU online (Philippines Office-order confirmation no. SCP0661162) on 02/06/2016 of which I was told that stock was available and delivery will be within 6 to 10 days. As it has already been 6 days from this note, I contacted Mr Mark Ian (person who placed my order) on HP web and had a chat with him on the delivery status. Mark told me that delivery can only be made in between 6 to 10 JULY 2016..a month away. Very very disappointed..
1. At least have the courtesy to call or mail me saying that there's a delay. If I did not chat with him, I would still be waiting.
2. My current HP Pavilion g4 has gone obselete and looking forward to be replaced with another HP product - really disappointed with the service.
3. My money is already in HP bank and really hope someone take the trouble to refund..surely buy another brand with better service.
4. Mark recommended me to replace another model for an additonal RM300..hmm..no deal, difficult to trust and asked for a refund. I also asked Mark to arrange for the replacement model at the same price (RM4,557.12) but he chose to refund rather then working on my request.
HP management/sharholders should look into this issue for it to be competitive in the market. Someone told me to get Dell, but I like Hp better as I have been using Hp since I was young. Otherwise my next product is Dell. Thank you.

Need to by a laptop for presentation, which model?
I need to buy a powerful laptop for presentation and discussions with customers at exhibition:
- touch screen to show and zoom on 3D CAD models
- add zoom on functionality
- used to run animations
- possibility to connect to large TV screens (eventual reccomendation for the TV screens too are welcome)
- of course, high speed processor, Nvidia Quadro card (which is specific for 3D) and lods of RAM ( 110 Gb and more)

Desktop Background picture changing to grey
Hi,
I have just bought a new laptop (hp Probook 6570b), and I have installed windows 10. My desktop background picture was set automatically, however from time to time it my desktop background turns gray:
So I am wondering why this is happening, and how can I prevent it from happening in the future.

Disable the storage drive on Elite USB-C device
Is there anyway to disable the onboard storage on the Elite USB-C dock (it appears as a CD and hosts the drivers for the device). This is causing issues for us because group policy wants to encrypt all removeable drives with Bitlocker so when this is the tablet is docked it prompts the user to encrypt the drive. If we can disable to storage that would solve the problem.
Anyone any ideas?

zBook17 G3 Touchpad inoperative after system startup.
After extensive testing involving repeated system shutdowns, system restarts and evoking sleep I have been able to confirm the issue only occurs after a startup (when powering up system after a shutdown). Have not experienced issues after system restarts or coming out of sleep. Issue consistant on two different systems.
Trouble Shooting:
-Started with an unmodified Win7(x64)-VL disk.
-Modified per HP Document ID: c05040446 version 2.
-Downloaded and manually installed all remaining drivers from HP's web site.
Observations indicating touchpad functionality has failed:
-At login screen, no response from touchpad.
-After login visual indicator the Synaptic icon in the system tray is bright(lime) green with a white dot.
-Touching the pad usually results in, random/multiple r-clicks.
-Occasionally, the curser will start moving in a jerking motion to the edge of the screen. Once started it continues
in the same direction but for each occurrence the direction may be different.
-The Synaptic icon bright(lime) green with a white dot changes to gray when the Touchstyk is used. Touchstyk appears to function normally.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Expanded RAM for Elitebook 1040 G3
Hello,
I purchased an EliteBook 1040 G3 with 8 GB RAM and I was informed by the reseller that the memory could be expanded to 16 GB. However, I haven't found any info on how this is done? Or even any other info that it can be done apart from what is stated on the resellers site.

No Stero Mix on Elitebook 840 G3
Hi all,
I got the problem as written in subject that i can´t find "Stero Mix" in recording devices.
"Show disabled devices" and "Show disconnected devices" are both marked.
Audio driver is the latest from the HP Website.
The strange thing is that I also use a Elitebook 840 G2 and there it´s working out of the box with the Realtek driver.
The 840 G3 comes with Conexant Audio I think.
Can someone help as I need Stero Mix for working purposes.

External USB drive on USB-C Dock with Elite x2 issue
I have the following problem with my Elite x2 and USB C-dock and I'm wondering if anyone is able to reproduce the issue. I've attempted to open a case with HP, but as soon as it turned out to be an intermittent problem the help desk refused to open a case.
The issue is that sometimes when copying files to an external USB drive connected to the C-Dock that the drive goes into a "not ready" state. This happens with a specific .ISO I downloaded from HP, but also when I attempt to use Casper to take a clone image of my C: drive. When the external drive is connected to the x2's internal USB port there is no problem. i've duplicated this issue on 2 different x2s with 2 different C-docks -- including swapping the docks between the to x2. The issue is also unrelated to the specific external drive; that is, I've duplicated it with 2 different external drives too.
Here are instructions that can be used to trigger the failure:
